The Ethical Practices Institute provides information, materials, training and certification to organizations seeking a formal ethics program. The Institute was founded by a small group of theologians and scholars determined to bring the historical basis for ethics and morals into the workplace – on a worldwide basis. The Institute believes that ethical practices must be implemented and “practiced” on a continual basis. While everyone understands the concept of ethical practices – actually “practicing” them is something different that requires discipline - but it does come with a reward.

In addition to its web-based program, the Institute offers monthly training seminars at its offices in Northern California. In these 3-hour training sessions, participants learn how to become “ethics officers” for their organization and how to implement a successful ethics program. Professional speakers are also available to deliver keynote speeches to organizations and events on the topic of ethics in the workplace.
