Because good things happen and everybody wins.

– bad things happen.

You can’t just state that you have policies and are ethical…you have to live it out every day. The Ethical Practices™ program will help you do that.

Federal Compliance – According to Federal Regulation §8B2.1, every organization with more than one person must put in place a Compliance and Ethics Program to comply with the regulation.

This is the only way an organization can mitigate its risks for the acts of an employee or agent.

Federal Regulation Requirements
Ethical Practices™ Program
Encourage ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law.
Establish standards and procedures to prevent and detect criminal conduct.
Use reasonable efforts to preclude previous offenders from being in positions of substantial authority.
Require compliance and ethics training to all levels of the organization.
Provide periodic audit mechanisms to detect criminal conduct.
Provide application of appropriate disciplinary actions and promote the plan through incentives.
Take reasonable steps to respond and prevent further inappropriate conduct.

INCREASE YOUR PROFITS BY DOING WHAT'S RIGHT!

Every company that has implemented the Ethics Program has reported a positive and measurable impact on their bottom line.

SHOULD YOU DO THIS ?
There are five main reasons to embrace this program:

  1. In order to achieve reasonable prevention and detection of criminal conduct for which an organization would vicariously be liable and therefore obtain relief from potential criminal conduct of employees, as outlined in Federal Regulation §8B2.1 effective November 1, 2004.

  2. To become intentional about the understanding, awareness and deployment of your policies and procedures.

  3. To provide a safe method for someone to express a concern without fear of reprisal. You need to know if someone is putting your organization at risk.

  4. To provide the exercises and training platform to keep the laws and your policies, procedures and company values in the forefront of everyone’s mind.

  5. To create a better work environment – where people can build healthy, safe and stronger relationships and help make a stronger more prosperous company.
